Zahir D. Moore has been charged with murder, contempt of court and a weapons offense in connection with the killing of Waleik McCollum. McCollum was killed Sept. 29 in the 100 block of Brookdale Avenue.
Moore was arrested Tuesday after he was spotted by 6th Precinct officers near Columbia and Lafayette streets.
